The Intern, Supply Chain will participate in a 10-week summer rotational program or 16-week semester rotational program. This internship offers a comprehensive overview of key departments within the organization, including Customer Solutions, Business Development, Truckload, and Managed Solutions. Throughout the program, this position will gain practical experience in supply chain operations, develop a strong understanding of ArcBest's processes, and contribute to projects that support business objectives. This internship is designed to provide exposure to best practices across departments while enhancing problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. At the conclusion of the program, the Intern, Supply Chain will complete a final project focused on process improvement, customer experience, or other strategic initiatives, and present their recommendations to company stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Must be pursuing a college degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
* No prior experience necessary.

Other Details:
Work Hours: This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week during the school semester. Summer internship hours will average 35-40 hours per week. Work hours will generally fall between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Compensation: This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
