Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO (Private Equity Firm) – Temporary until filled full-time
Company: Confidential (CEO to Private Equity Firm)
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (In-office) | Accessible 24/7
Duration: Immediate start, 2–3 months (until full-time hire)
Pay Rate: $60/hour

 

About the Role

Our Client is seeking a highly reliable and resourceful Personal Assistant to serve as the temporary right hand to a dynamic, ultra-high-net-worth CEO. This CEO leads multiple businesses across diverse sectors. Your primary focus will be personal support—handling the small but essential tasks that keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating shipments and logistics, especially when the CEO is traveling
  • Managing urgent errands like FedEx deliveries or picking up dry cleaning
  • Organizing dinner reservations and ordering meals for the CEO’s family
  • Assisting with light office management duties such as ordering supplies
  • Driving as needed

  • Proven experience supporting a demanding, highly particular business leader or ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNI)
  • Thick-skinned with the ability to handle direct communication
  • Someone with a 24/7 availability mindset
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to pick up the phone and get things done quickly and accurately
  • Highly discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable
  • No out-of-office dates in the next couple of months
